I am a native Virginian, a current Chicagoan, a would-be theologian, and an amateur cook. In June 2011, I adpoted a Paleo lifestyle. Going Paleo—which means no grains, legumes or processed food, very little sugar, and dairy only in moderation—threw down before me a culinary gauntlet. This collection of recipes is my response to the challenge. Enjoy!
